Sean Donovan's Station Hotel brings an unprecedented level of international dining experience to the inner west. Donovan has honed his craft at three Michelin star restaurants La Tante Claire in London and Georges Blanc in France and most recently as Executive Chef at one of Melbourne's most highly regarded restaurants Botanical in South Yarra.

Station Hotel's concept is simple - create a relaxed, informal pub environment with well prepared food using quality ingredients, plenty of cold beer on tap and a small but interesting wine list. Station Hotel's bar and bottle shop serves a range of premium beers, wine and spirits. "We don't want our customers to forget that we are a pub first and foremost. The dining room, bar and courtyard will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week but if it's great coffee and something light to eat at anytime of the day then we aim to provide it", said Sean.

Our dining room, bar and courtyard can cater for functions, casual drinks and special celebrations of all sizes.
