At the Station Hotel everyday from 3.30-5.30pm we will have a 1/2 dozen oysters from a different region each week and we will match them to a specific wine or beer for $12
The Station Hotel has a bottle shop conveniently located in out bar area. All of the wines on our wine list are available for takeaway purchases.
The bottle shop is open 11am until 11pm, seven days a week.

Tiger Moth 'Matilda' is a pathfinder in the history of solo aviation. In 1990, she and pilot Brian Edwards bridged the world from England to Australia in an epic journey for charity. It was the flight of a passionate man and his redoubtable flying machine.
Today 'Matilda' holds pride of place at the premier Margaret River vineyard Brian established as a reminder that there is no limit to what can be achieved through passion and determination.
This wine is a tribute to both of them.
Tasting notes
2008 vintage
Nose - rich and fruity, dark cherry notes, vanilla, spice and savoury characters
Palate - rich and full bodied, this wine is overflowing with ripe yet fresh fruit characters such as red berries and hints of musk
Cellaring - 5 to 10 years
This is a beautiful wine and is the perfect match for any of our premium steaks. Tiger's Tale can be enjoyed by the glass for $8 or the bottle at $40
